Terms of Service
Version of 16 September 2026
These terms apply when a restaurant, café, bakery or other food business uses Restonaldo. Ticking the box on the signup form is how you accept them, so please read them first.
Who provides the service
Restonaldo is run by Asad Siddiqi, a sole trader in Denmark trading as Restonaldo, who is the other party to this agreement. The business has no CVR number and is not VAT registered. You can reach us at hello@restonaldo.com.
Postal address: Tinghøjvej 58, 2860 Søborg.
For businesses only
Restonaldo is sold only to businesses, for use in their business. By signing up you confirm that you act on behalf of a food business, not as a consumer, and that you may bind that business to these terms.
The service
Restonaldo gives your restaurant an ordering website on a Restonaldo address or your own domain, a dashboard to edit it, and an owner app that receives orders, with the features of the plan you choose. Your customers order from you through your website; Restonaldo provides the software and is not a party to those sales.
Plans and prices
The plans and their current prices are:
- Basic: €69 per month, or €690 per year paid yearly (twelve months for the price of ten).
- Plus: €99 per month, or €990 per year paid yearly (twelve months for the price of ten).
No VAT is added — Restonaldo is not VAT registered, so the price is what you pay. There is no setup fee, and we take no commission on your orders.
Free trial, payment and renewal
The first 7 days are free, counted from when your site goes live after you confirm your email. You save a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged during the trial.
When the trial ends, your subscription is charged automatically through Stripe to the card you saved, in advance for each month or year depending on the billing interval you chose. It renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled.
If a payment fails, you will be asked to update your card. If payment still cannot be collected, we may suspend your website and the owner app until it is paid.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, under Plan, which opens Stripe's billing portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your site keeps working until then. Payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a period and when you stop using the service early. The service is sold to businesses only, so there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing.
Price changes
We may change our prices. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Your responsibilities as the seller
You are the seller to your customers, and the contract for every order is between you and your customer. You are responsible for:
- your menu, prices, descriptions and photos, and that they are correct;
- allergen and other food information, which food law requires you to give correctly;
- any licence you need to sell alcohol, and age checks: the website asks customers to confirm they are 18 or over when an order contains alcohol, and your staff must check ID at pickup where needed;
- the terms of sale and privacy information your customers see, which Restonaldo fills in from your details but which you must check, and for handling your customers' complaints and refunds;
- your own Stripe account if you take card payments: payments go directly to that account, Stripe's fees and terms apply between you and Stripe, and Restonaldo takes no commission;
- keeping your logins secret, and everything done with them.
What you may publish
You are responsible for everything you publish on your site. It must be lawful, and must not include adult content. We may take down, without notice, a site or content that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights or shows adult content, and we may end the agreement if it happens again. Anyone can report a site to hello@restonaldo.com.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and to fix faults quickly, but it is provided on a best-effort basis, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the loss. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost orders, lost revenue or profit, or loss of goodwill. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow it, such as for loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Personal data
When your customers order, Restonaldo processes their personal data on your behalf: you are the data controller and Restonaldo is your data processor. That is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms and is accepted with them. How we handle your own details is described in our privacy policy.
When the agreement ends
The agreement runs until your subscription has been cancelled and the paid period has ended. We may end it with 30 days' notice by email, or at once if you seriously breach these terms. You can ask for an export of your data at hello@restonaldo.com before it ends. Your restaurant's data is deleted within 30 days after the subscription ends, and backups containing it roll off within a further 14 days. What bookkeeping law requires us to keep about invoices is kept for as long as it requires.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and if you do not accept it you can cancel before then. The version date at the top shows which terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute is decided by the Danish courts.
